At JKS, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products, and as such, all sales are final. Please review our policy below.

1. No Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our designs and the craftsmanship involved, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All items are final sale. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same product or provide store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering an exchange or store credit where applicable.
